Music Television: Diddy launches Revolt

Diddy is now in attempt to create a network from the music television’s ashes. 21st October evening marks the premiere of new television channel Revolt TV by Sean Combs. The channel is starting on Comcast Xfinity television as well as Time Warner Cable in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Florida. It is expected that more cities would be added in the near future.

According to reports, they said to have represent architects who define influence and culture society; and also planning on building the audience with social medium. The content Revolt TV has been quite specific is about ‘music’. They have plans to cover whatever is hot among the young people.

Keith Clinkscales, the chief executive officer, told a leading entertainment website that if young people bang it, they would cover it. They would do this through social media powered, behind the scenes looks into the lives of artists as well as real time programming.

MTV’s ex programming Chief Andy Schuon has been hired by Andy Schuon. Thinking about MTV, one certainly known that it is a channel which notoriously little to do with music.

Tim Spengler, at the Clear Channel Media and Entertainment, has been named as the President of Content Marketing and Revenue Strategy. From now on he would report to John Hogan, the CEO and Chairman of the company. Earlier, Tim was the senior executive Interpublic Group as well as Magna Global’s CEO.
